We have strict house rules guiding the use of the property by guests. Per guest turnover, professional cleaning is done as well as quarterly maintenance on the property. We also hire lawn maintenance and snow removal to ensure the exterior of your property is properly maintained.

We are. Backed by a $2M Host Liability & Damage Insurance from Airbnb, we bear the cost of repairs in the unlikely event of damages to the property.

  • We have in place, strict guest screening and guest booking qualifications to ensure that only the best of the best guests stay at our properties. For example, only guests with 5.0 review ratings are approved to book our listings.
  • All listings have strict ‘No Parties’ house rules enforced by the presence of motion-sensor security cameras on the exterior of the property and noise monitoring devices inside the property.

Our business strategy is a mix of short term rentals (STR) and mid term rentals (MTR). In the event that the by-laws in the city where your property is located become unfavorable to STR, we would deploy our MTR strategy fully on the property. However, in the highly unlikely & unfortunate event that we have to break the contract, a 60 day notice period will be given to you.

We are covered by Airbnb Host damage & Liability insurance up to $2M USD ( $1M of property damage insurance and $1M of host liability insurance). Any damage caused by guests that’s not covered by Airbnb will be covered by us.

We are a cash flowing real estate company backed by funds from accredited investors and a solid business plan. The yearly rent is included in our set-up capital to ensure at no point do we fall short of the rent; regardless of our occupancy rate.

We have extensive knowledge in marketing, price optimization and short term rental management. This has allowed us to build a diversified real estate portfolio with high profit margins.

We handle repairs on your property resulting from Wear & Tear or damages caused by any of our guests. With your approval, we may also proactively work with you to cover repairs for Structural Damages and/or recommend enhancements to your property to avoid a disruption in our service and any potential long term damages to your property.
